CALIFORNIABROWNCOATS

There's so much going on at Comic-Con this week, and here are details.

Exclusive California Browncoat mugs designed by fan artists 11th Hour and S. Regonini will be available for sale at our booth. $10 each with all proceeds going to St. Jude Children's Research Hosital. If you hurry, you can pre-order before midnight tonight and guarantee you get a set before they sell out.

Dinner With 9 Browncoats - Sign up for our special event which will be a great way for Browncoats to get to meet new people and eat at least one full meal while at the Con! Friday evening we are making dinner reservations at various local restaurants for 10 people at a time. Come by the California Browncoats booth, A7/A8, before the dealer room closes on Friday to sign up for a seat at one of the tables. When you arrive at the restaurant you'll meet with nine other Browncoats and enjoy fine food and great Browncoat company!

Party! - Saturday night the California Browncoats want you to join us to party! Following the Once More With Feeling sing-a-long, continue the party as the California Browncoats party down San Diego style! This is a great chance for locals who aren't coming to the convention to come out and meet the Browncoats who have traveled here from all over the world. Location is set for Manchester Grand Hyatt at 11:30pm.

Prizes! - As a thank you for buying the mugs and donating to charity, we are having a prize drawing. Not only will you get one entry for each mug you buy, but if you donate additional money at the table, you will get an entry for every $2. We have 6 great prize lots and a Grand Prize lot. You can enter your tickets into any of the 6 lots, and even if you don't win, you still have a chance at the Grand Prize. We have some incredible prizes including:

Australian Serenity movie poster, signed by 8 of the cast and crew
River Triumphant Statue
Browncoat Passes to the Starfury LA Convention in November
a Buffy and an Angel script, each signed by David Fury
Jason Palmer's Mal/Inara print
Jayne "Troublemaker" stlye Tshirt autographed by Adam Baldwin
Buffy Season 8 Jo Chen autographed Lithograph
all 9 covers of the original Serenity comic Those Left Behind signed by writer Brett Matthews
and much MUCH more!

Charity - We'd like to thank Mark Sheppard for selecting our charity this year. And we would like to thank every one of you who helps us raise money for St. Jude by donating or purchasing the exclusive mugs.

More updates and announcements across the 'verse on Firefly/Serenity boards and on our site.
