Hey folks. I'm new here, so this is me making my formal introduction. You can call me Mary Mercenary. Some of you are a little crazy. But so am I. It's a good kind of crazy.

I'm relatively knew to this whole thing. I never caught the show on tv, but as the story goes I was introduced to it when it came out on DVD. I've always been a Whedon fan, so I fell immediately in love with Firefly. I've since introduced it to my roommates and my mom. My friends are getting it for their birthdays this year.

I hope I'll run into some of you at MegaCon 2007 in Orlando!

Heyo!
I too am new to this whole...thingy..
And as well learned about Firefly from the DVDS and not from televison. Truth be told I watched the movie before I watched an episode. As of todays date I've seen everyone usually staying up until 2 am watching them with my dad.

As much as I'd like to go, sadly MegaCon is the only one I can attend. I hope I'll run into some Browncoats! I checked out the 76th and it sounds like fun. Especially as it is intended to be in opposition to the 501st.

Aw! Well, do us a favor and take lots of pictures and be sure to post them when you get back. I am mostly Con-illiterate, so are any of our BDH's going to be there?
As for the 76th...we're not quite ready to oppose the 501st, so don't let them know yet, ok?
