im sorry if this is common knowlege but I came across this and must tell you all about it.

in an interview summer was asked about session 416
there is actually more to this as 416 is actually the final blerp in a cluster of sessions!
all told this is like an 8 minute mini episode about the downward spiral of river from an inocent girl to the unstable psico we all know and love.

I hear there is also a deticated site dont know it though

The River Tam Sessions were thrown together one afternoon by Joss & River to act as a "viral video" to generate interest before the movie came out (please correct me if I'm wrong!).

EMBERS

This was an idea Joss had for guerilla marketing,
the movie was almost finished but not yet released,
the comic books had all been written and released,
and Joss came up with a great idea!

He wrote it, directed it, and acted in the role of the interviewer...
Summer was on her way to shoot a movie but she flew back to LA to just quick video these...

then these started to appear at ifilms under a false name,
and pretty soon all the fans were going nuts (it was very exciting)
