I found this web site quite funny. JumptheShark.com is where you post when your best tv show went downhill. Of course firefly never reached it. Most popular tv show is the Rockford files and this one. Firefly page seems alot of Josh haters from the buffy fans. I laughed the most on the six million dollar man. Hope you enjoy jts.com need some ff supporters on it.

He looked bigger when I couldn't see em.

Wasn't this the name of the X-Files episode where the Lone Gunmen died? I was never in to the X-files, but I caught the very end of this episode on TV, saw three caskets are heard them talking about the Lone Gunmen. After some research, I found out the horrible truth: They killed the bastards off. I was so blown, those guys kicked ass...

Place my body on a ship and burn it on the sea,
Let my spirit rise, Valkyries carry me.
Take me to Valhalla where my brothers wait for me.
Fires burn into the sky, my spirit will never die.

The name Jump the Shark comes from the moment in the looooong running 70s/80s Sitcom Happy Days, which went downhill the moment the Fonz jumped a shark on waterskis.

Another show that never jumped would be Fawlty Towers.

I don't think Twin Peaks or Deadwood ever jumped. IMHO.

I agree with Fawlty Towers. But it didna last very long, too bad. That show was great. As much as it hurts me to say it, I think Xena definately jumped the shark. I mean, when they're harping on the relationship between Xena and Gabby just to give the shippers something to talk about... Well, that's certainly going downhill.
