What with Google buying Youtube and all, I wonder how copyright infringement issues will eventually play out...

I'm thinking Youtube may have some big changes in its future as to things not being as loose and unrestricted as to uploads. They haven't been a moneypit in the past, but with google popping out 1.85 billion in stock for them I'm sure some lawyers will start coming at them with their hands out.
