It's worth pointing out that 'The Black' is as good as anything commerically published, in terms of art, story and respect to the 'verse.

Hey, yeah!
I discovered that site just yesterday, via the link from SerenityStuff.com!

"The Black" offers some great backstory (even if it's not canon), and the turn of events left me stunned in quite a satisfying way! Also, I love the bit about the origin of the "Ballad of Serenity," and how the "ditty" lacked an ending.

I really like that each comic is in a completely different style, sorta like how the segments of The Animatrix were.

Bravo! Keep it flying!
