Yeah, i see alot of fan art in the blue sun room and im wondering how you upload your own? Sorry im new here.

NUCLEARDAY

When you go to the Blue Sun Room (and not to be confused with the thread directory of the same name :) you should see in the window to the left some options for posting fanfic, graphics, etc. It's in the top left, under the window with those snappy screenshots.

hmm... what format are you using? I know .jpegs work, and I'd assume .gif and .bmp too.
