Rough Serenity 3D map...

I started tinkering with building a 3D map of Serenity... only did a rough massing model before I got to the point that I realized I didn't know how it all fits together. I know that there is another thread going on this subject, but any suggestions or help you can give me would be great...

Okay let me help you.

Key
Starboard - SB
Port - P
Fore corridor - The neck portion of Serenity.
Aft Corridor - Between the Galley & Engine.
Passanger dorm - Infirmary and passanger births.

First, there are only 5 crew bunks. 3 on the port side and 2 on the starboard side. Where the 3rd crew bunk on the SB side should be there is a 'L' shaped hallway that connects the fore corridor to the top teir of the cargo bay's catwalks.

In the aft corridor there is only one set of stairs on the SB side. There on the inside of yet another 'L' shaped corridor that conects to the aft corridor midway between the galley and the engine room.

Your dipiction of the cargo bay is good your just missing the second tier of the catwalk. It's a small walk way connecting the horse shoe shaped 3rd tier to a small walkway just below the third tier. This is hard to explain, look in 'Serenity' when Inara gets on the ship and the whole "she's a whore" scene you'll under stand. The 3rd tier horse shoe's ends attatch to the cargo bay's wall that devide the passanger dorm and the cargo bay. The rest of the horse shoe cat walk doesn't attatch directly to any of the other walls.
There is also the stair way from the fore corridor to the cargo bay. This stair well come from the 'L' off shoot of the fore corridor it stops on the 3rd tier catwalk and then doesn't stop going down untill it reaches the bay floor, this is on the SB side.

Kaylee's crew bunk is on the starboard side next to the bridge. Mal's is between Kaylee's and the 'L' shaped corridor. Inara's shuttle is the starboard shuttle and the extra shuttle is the port one.
