hi everyone...im kinda new and i was wondering if anyone new of any reputable petitions to sign to get firefly back...ive signed a few already but the sheer number of them makes me wonder if any of them will do any good.thanks!

You mean like online petitions? I'm not sure there is a recognizable definition of reputable as far as those go. The current push now is the letter writing campaign(s). This thread has a few addresses of pertinent departments at various agencies, http://www.fireflyfans.net/thread.asp?b=2&t=17937 the general feeling is that handwriten letters (as opposed to e-mails, faxes, or even typewritten letters) get the most weight with the suits as far as gaugeing viewer potential.

Can somebody name an online petition about a movie or tv show that actually achieved something? Not to sound negative here, but if I were a producer this would be one of the last places I'd look at.
