I went to see Fun with Dick and Jane at the movies last week, and was pleased pink to see not one, but TWO actors who were in Firefly! They were Lt. Womak and Agent Dobson, both with supporting roles, seen within the first ten minutes of the film.

Alas, the movie was not as funny as I had hoped, though our former Alliance goons had good parts. Kind of made me proud. What are the odds?

Anyone else seen any movies with Firefly guest stars in them?

I was refusing to see Dick and Jane on accound of Jim Carrey is disturbingly reminescent of a stalker I once had.
However, if it has Carlos Jacott and Richard Burgi, maybe I aught to.
And I still feel guilty for my boss throwing Tea Leone out of our store once. (He was closing and didn't realize who she was. "Sorry, we're closed. Come back tomorrow." GAH! ) So, you know, upping her box office numbers is a nice thing to do.

What? No one else had any sightings of the guest stars of Firefly in any other movies?

I was rewatching SciFi Channel's Children of Dune, and I had completely forgotten that Edward Atterton (Atherton Wing) was in the role of Duncan Idaho

Edit: And, oddly enough, both characters manage to get stabbed in the gut (though only one survives)!

No power in the 'verse can stop me!

Carlos Jacott has a small role in Being John Malkovich as John Malkovich's agent. I was very excited when I first watched the movie again after having seen Firefly.

Also! He was on an episode of Curb Your Enthusiasm this season.
