It's for the firefly pinball project, and I'm trying to put a picture of my work on the thread. How do I do it?

I don't have it on a website, i have an image on my desktop of my progress on the machine. I'm trying to get that image on here. But how?

www.imageshack.us - load it up there ("upload from file") - when it's done, just copy the "direct link to image" (it's crucial you take that one) and paste it here
