I appologise if this has been posted before, it's tough to keep track of everything on this board.

I just found this in my Amazon recommendations:

it's a paperback book called "Serenity: Out in the Black" and it is said to be written by Tracy & Laura Hickman. 96 pages, published by Margaret Weis Productions, the same company that brought us the Serenity RPG book. it's set for a March 15th release.

I checked the company's website ( http://www.margaretweis.com/news/) and there's no info on it as of yet. could this be a false alarm like the old "Mirror Image" book from a few months back?

May have been the losing side. Still not convinced it was the wrong one.

This is actually a scenario/game supplement for the Serenity RPG, not a novel.

There is talk of novels coming out sometime this year but nothing concrete yet.

I had a feeling it'd have soemthing to do with the original RPG book. make it a series or something (I'm not familiar with RPGs). thanks for the info.

MWP really need to hire someone better to update their website...
