How do I upload mp3 and/or wav files to this website please?

Hi all

I have both an MP3 and a WAV file of Joss Whedon's recent interview on UK's BBC Radio 4 Film Programme (from Oct 1st), and I would like to upload it.

I just don't see an option for this in the Blue Sun Room.

Can anyone help me out please?

If not, I can post a link to the whole programme, but you need Real Player to listen.
