deleted scenes in Firefly original !

if you have watched the dvd version you'll understand how the deleted scenes and extra features are also wonderful.There are a few extra bits like a few of Mal's caustic comments regarding Inara and a different cut of Inara and Book's conversation in her shuttle, there's a bit where Simon and Book are talking and the subject of history comes up, Simon is uncertain so later he checks the infomation in a little pocket-computer encyclopedia in his room. Zoe hears the Computer describe the history so she comes in to tell Simon about the battle of Serenity and all the bloody battles that went on. There are various other extras..

Are there any extra takes left out of firefly but you felt might have been good to put them in the show or maybe include them in a later episode

I think a few of the extras on the dvd might have worked good on a later episode, what do you think ?
