HALO Movie 2012?

The HALO movie was put off for a while and District 9 was put in its place but Imdb have it up for a 2012 release. I don't have Imdb Pro which is where more details can be found. Peter Jackson was the producer on District 9 and was also a producer for HALO before it was changed.

No posting for who will be starring in it but here's to hoping that Nathan, Adam, and Alan will be a part of it.

If anyone has more details please post.

There are no concrete details, but it's more-or-less confirmed that the Blokamp/Jackson version is dead.

GI: Joe writer Stuart Beattie has written a spec script based on the Halo: Fall of Reach novel, and the rumor this summer was that Spielberg liked it, and was looking to produce it, but there's been no other word since.

IMDB listing a date means close to nil, so don't get your hopes up based on that.
