HUGs Ck ... I'm with you in that if I go without sleep I get sick ( no where near as dreadful as your health issues, btu not great either)

Navy- ok so you're blaming us for your lack of sleep?? HUGS ok we'll just make you go to bed!! And I am sure your spiders are very nice.

Hmm sleep issues usually stress related for me.... very tired this week
