The TSCC episode called for her to get all dolled up, with make-up, hair, and fancy dress. She looked amazing, actually breathtaking. She also had a great scene where she spoke fluent Japanese at a restaurant. Some of River Tam always comes out. As for the show, jeeesh, I don't know what the heck is going on any more.

At least you have your priorities in order - I can't be bothered to tune in to T:TSCC even for Summer. I generally give that time slot up to Big Bang Theory (I find it genuinely amusing) and How I Met Your Mother (often mederately amusing, AND then there's Allyson Hannigan.

It was like that when we got here!

I guess you're all internetty up to your elbows and stuff; all too sophisticated and busy to just watch a TV show. Nevermind that only the TV audience counts in the ratings, the ratings being the thing that keeps Summer on the air at all. If people don't watch when it's aired, it will go away, and that will be a sad day. The world needs Summer. I need Summer. C'mon, you can find one night someday to watch it when it airs on Fox. Well, since I am not a Neilson family, and only watch over basic cable - meaning there is no way at all to track my viewing patterns - when and how I watch it means absolutely nothing in regards to the ratings.

So, you'll just have to forgive me for not basing my schedule around a TV show, and watching it when I feel like it.

I did buy the season 1 DVDs, so I am supporting the show in the one way I can which actually matters.

I could have forgiven you, but not after you used italics. I do envy you though, having that freedom to just watch what you want when you want. I tried that once with a VCR, but the remote wire broke.

What did you think of Summer's appearance this week? Do you fully understand what is going on with the show? What's John's "girlfriend" up to, and what's her relationship with John's uncle's girlfriend from the future? What is the FBI guy going to do now that he's supplied the first body for the AI Babylon? I really can't tell if the show is good or not, I mainly just stare at Summer.

Throughout the first season and the beginnings of the second, the only reason I continued watching was because of Summer. However, they have stepped up things a bit and been unpredictable lately, so I am now also intrigued about where the story may be going. There have been so many humans and terminators sent back in time that it seems multiple futures have been created. It will be interesting finding out who is working for and against future John, and what role Weaver plays in the creation of Skynet (or a possible rival to Skynet).

See for me it's the other way around. Being a poor college student with no TV reception, I'll Hulu TSCC first, then eventually get around to Chuck which has sort of lost my attention due to the predictability.

I loves Summer though, she was flippin' gorgeous in that ep and then on top of that speaking Japanese (I'm sorry but gorgeous people + foreign language= an even stronger attraction lol)
