Camera angles tell a whole story...

Ever notice, whenever there's a line with a little bit of mystery to it ("We're all running from someone..." *), the camera always seems to jump from the speaker to some other character?(*... and the camera cuts to Inara)

I've noticed that some of the odder lines tend to cut to Book...

Natch, I can't recall the specific lines themselves, but I know there's one that seemed fairly important to me in "Serenity" during the scene where Simon's telling about River, in the kitchen... I think the line was something about evil, and the camera cuts to Book in the foreground...

I think that the simple camera point of view is telling a whole story by itself, based off seemingly innocuous lines said by other characters...

Keep in mind, however, that I just might not know what the hell I'm talking about...

Book was definately Evil at some point. That's my theory and I'm sticking to it. I'm not talking Jr. High Principal evil, I'm taling Guy From Se7en Evil.

Repo Man Evil...hey!

Book knows about guns, unarmed fighting, ships, pirate tactics, Niska who seems to own a big chop shop. Maybe Book wasn't Alliance at all, maybe he was a Repo Man! And that's why he's on Serenity. I really hope Mal's up on his payments...

I used to be psychotic and mad but I think I've grown.

Seriousity has been my word of the day for the past two days now, it's driving my friends crazy. Which is a good thing.
