How do I post pictures?

Hey folks--

I've got a pictures of me and a certain person I met a while back, and I'd like you to see us, but I can't... quite... figure out how to get the gorram things posted...

Anyone got a clue for a poor ig'rent tall man?

You should just be able to use HTML Tags for this.....so i thought..

you just put the URL for the image..like that

From what I've seen in the "reply with quote"s, you put the pics up somewhere on the net and then put the url to the pic in your post. Then I think Haken's scripts automagically does what you want.

If that doesn't work you could put the img tag in manually. As above put the pics somewhere on the net. Then add this to you post (remove the space inbetween '<' and 'img'):

< img src= http://path/to/your/pic.jpeg >

I've never done it myself, so, if neither of those things work, you've go me

Anyway, hope this helps

There's no place I can be since I found Serenity.

If you have the image on your computer, all you have to do is upload it to the Blue Sun Room. That will transfer the image to Haken's server. But if you want to add the image to one of your posts on the forums, it has to be uploaded somewhere on the 'net and you provide the URL to it as Sigmanunki suggested.

You could add them to the blue sun room and then view the pic, right click on the pic, select "copy image location" and then paste that in your post.

If you don't want to do that I would think you are SOL, unless you know someone with a website that they'll lend you some space. I'd do it but it'll be a month or two before my server is up and running.
