I just saw this wonderful drawing of our genius mechanic in the Blue Sun Room, and it gave me an idea. Now, forgive me if this has been posted in some earlier thread but....

That beautiful drawing of Kaylee got me ta' thinking about animation - FF - animation. Get it!

Why not do an animated version of Serenity using our heroes voices. They can record their parts wherever they are currently working and the animators could go to town on their drawings. This way we get our BDH back (and the 'verse), Universal keeps their costs down, JW get to continue the saga and Fox....well, they get zilch since its Serenity, not FF.

Just a thought Joss.

Does the license that Univeral has allow for a cartoon? Probably not answerable without seeing the contract...
