Has anyone done a time line of the episodes?

In The Train Job, Book and Simon are acting as if they have only been on board for a day or two yet Kaylee is completely healed up from a gut shot. How much time was there between Serenity and The Train Job?

It seems to me that they've been on board Serenity for 2 weeks at the least but most likely almost a month because Simon and Book and River all seem fairly comfortable around the ship and know their way around pretty well, which so i've heard is quite a feet (lots of twists and cul du sacs like Zoe's mind)

Some of the comments and questions from Book and Simon sounds like they still don't know the rest of the crew very well, yet they had to have been there long enough for Kaylee to heal up.

In TTJ Inara tells Book she has been on Serenity for 8 months. In Bushwacked she tells the officer that she has been on board for almost a year.

Is there anything that tells how long there was between Serenity and TTJ?

What about the other episodes? Anything that tells how much time there was between episodes?

In Bushwacked, Inara actually says in a few weeks it would be a year after the Alliance officer comments that she has been on Serenity for a year.

I'd imagine any incongruities with the timeline implied in "Train Job" have something to do with it being originally aired as a replacement for "Serenity" rather than as a follow up. The exposition that needed to be interjected overrode any need to keep things copasetic with "Serenity, especially since no one was sure the original pilot would ever be aired at the time "Train Job" was made.
