Just been announced that Chiwetel Ejiofor has been awarded an OBE (Order of the British Empire) in the latest honours. Certainly shows what an impact he has made on the industry in a short period of time.

OK, for us non British types, what's an OBE? I know that it's a high honor and is given by the Queen but other than that I don't know anything about it.
