One share of common stock is equal to one vote. Do not buy the preferred stocks of Fox if this is your desire because preferred stock gives a higher dividend with no voting rights. Of course each brown-coat organization will have to get the money from its members or organized events and then draw up a contract explaining how the collected money will be spent, how the dividend revenues will be spent, how the program will be run in general and the brown-coat organizations will either have to elect a treasurer for this or start an account with a broker, but this is an option never the less.

Please do correct me if I ask anything stupid, as I don't pretend to know very much about this :P but two questions on that: -Why would it need to be an organization? Wouldn't individuals holding stock be given that same vote? -How much common stock would one have to hold in order to be guaranteed that vote? Quote:One share of common stock is equal to one vote. Well, what's one vote equal to? How many votes would it take to make a difference?
