Or am I thinking of somebody else....

Joss' comentary said it, something like a daughter of a friend of his. She cried when the voice over used Summer's voice instead of hers.

I thought the 3 year age advance of the actress would be the problem. Look at the change of Simon actor Zach Efron.

The one from the BDM was from Adam Baldwin's daughter's dance class, and she did indeed cry when they dubbed Summer's voice over hers. It's on the CE commentary.
