Hi guys !

I stumbbled upon this site and I was amazed to see the space craft Firefly (Serenity) was indeed real !!

I've been piloting the Firefly space ship for about one year and I never thought this vessel came from a TV serie.

I'm talkin' bout a real virtual space flight simulator, not one of those "games" kids like to get into and search for dogfights... Just plain piloting (true dynamics).

So, since some people in this community look like really interested (and involved) into the Firefly (Serenity) space craft, I've figured out some of you (guys & girls) would like to try and pilot the real thing.

If so, just go to this site:

This is where you get the Space Simulator Engine (Orbiter) and the basic vessels.

Once you've learned all basics of space flight,
and accumulated some space flight time,
you can download the Firefly kit from this site:

Remember though, this is not a game but a real space flight simulator (Orbiter).
Be prepared to get into flight dynamics, geometry and maths...

I hope you went to see what it is (Orbiter)!

Why dont you get into it yourself ?

I'm positive you'd love it !!
There are many star systems to explore,
in Orbiter, the Firefly vessel is a medium freight carrier (with its 2 shuttles). There are 8 skids (plates) on which the package is attached and you slide it into the cargo-bay. The typical mission is to do deliveries and pick ups...

Besides, girls are the best pilots in the world.
