So Fox goes ahead and decides to kill another show by killing off a huge character. There can be no happy ending now. Read all about it here, but just know that Fox rejected all the story ideas that didn't involve Sara dying.

I know we all hate FOX, but its the producer's and scriptwriter's decision to kill of characters. Come on if Joss had decided not to kill Wash & Book then Universal would of turned round and said "You have to killl a character", its the complete opposite TV Networks and big Film Studios would rather you don't kill characters since people might not like the show or film so means less money or ratings.

Is the Scriptwriter's and Producer's fault not FOX's, OMFG I've just stood up for FOX, please somebody KILL ME.

Well, I for one would never defend F*X but..... it came down to cashy money and doesn't it always. SWC knew she was out of a job this season and wanted to make as much as she could. She just overplayed her hand. I think that is what F*X was hoping for because revenge will play up better in the rating than love.

I am really gettin' into this season as opposed to last. The writers seem to have something to write about again and now that we know almost everybody is expendable....... Yee Haw! Let the carnage begin - shoot 'em all and let God sort 'em out later.

Why do you think the Sopranos was so good in the first few seasons? Nobody was safe after Big Pussy got whacked. I'll watch PB until the bitter end. Well, as long as they don't start drifting off like mid 2nd season did.

I weep for Sara as well, but really, after Linc's ham-handed rescue attempt, one of them needed to die. Otherwise there'd be no way to take the Company seriously. If they'd killed LJ, they would've lost Linc, so Sara was the expendable one.

Hopefully, after Linc does free LJ (conditional upon Michael extracting Whistler), we'll get to see him fulfill his threat and take that b*tch down. Get a tissue sample, a fingerprint, some identifier, then use it to determine her identity. Find her family.
