I was recently watching Whedon's commentary on Objects in Space and i noticed that he mentioned that he watched Minus Man and it helped him figure out the character Early the bounty hunter. After i heard Whedon say that i decided to go out and rent Minus Man. I found that it was a very good movie and Owen Wilson showed me a little bit of Early. I was laughing when Wilson's character licked a rock that he picked up. like Early licked the metal bar in Objects in Space. my friends where wondering what the hell i was laughing about since they haven't seen firefly yet. even though i've tried to get them watch many times. i was wondering if anyone else has watched Minus Man and what they thought about it.

Saw it, dug it. I really like the Wilson Bro.s (not just cuz their from Texas, but it probably adds to the rapport) and I also like Janeane Garofalo -- even if she is a wacko lock-stepped liberal. I think she's got a great smile and I like brunes with dark eyes (think also of Morena, Gina and Summer, in no particular order).

I also like the way Owen kills Sheryl Crow off in the first part of the movie. I mean, like she herself sings, "If it makes zoid happy, it can't be that bad..."

Quirky and dark -- oh, yeah, Brian Cox is great too -- but definitely entertaining.
