Hi, I just joined another message board community, and I want a firefly banner that links to this site for my signature (gotta get the word out somehow!), it can be animated or whatnot, but I need it to have webaddress, and I would love it if someone could click on it and be brought here to join this big 'ol shindig. I can't seem to find one (I may in fact just be a bit dense and in need of some capain dummy speak), so any help from my fellow Browncoats would be most greatly appreciated!!

Well, images can't have inherrant URL links. It is all done in the html that you use to display the image.
Whether or not you will be able to make the image "clickable" depends on the message board. If the message board allows html, you can insert the image with an URL. But most don't, and will generally give you an option to put a banner in your signature using the board's own "tags" like the "commands" on this board. Again, depending on the board, there might be a tag that allows you to post a picture with a link attached.

In case the board does support html, here's the syntax you need to use (substitute "(" with "smaller than" and ")" with "larger than" signs):
(A HREF=" http://your link here")(IMG SRC=" http://your image here")(/A)

note: this board automatically parses links that are plainly written into clickable links. That's why it looks funky.
