This is my first trip to this website (quite nice)so if this has been asked and answered before forgive me. Does anyone have information on the stag handled Bowie that Jayne uses in the Jaynestown episode. The Patrick Henry Bowie from Rough Rider that is Jaynes usual carry knife is available every where. Can't find a word about the Jaynestown knife.

That came up on the RPF forum quite a bit in the past and as far as I know, no one ever came up with anything definite.

The common belief was based on the horn handle and the blade features it was most likely a custom job

Thanks. I think that custom is the right answer. In most cases the knife maker is fairly proud to advertise the fact that his work is in a show. Can't find a THING. Guess I will have to make my own.
