I had to eat crow over sfx's poll. It increased sales of FF and Serenity. The BBC did an article about how it beat Star Wars and sales went from 144 to 15. This poll seems to be about how many idiots can spend their time casting votes for dead TV shows. I mean really FF vs. Xena....... In the end NOTHING gets accomplished....Except for that site getting hits....Is Kaneman wrong about this?....does this site exist for the sole purpose of getting HITS? Is there a fuc*ing end to this?

No, for once your absolutely correct. Don't think we get a trophy or a gift certificate. Probably just bragging rights and a warm fuzzy feeling in the pit of your stomach.

We spend a thousand bucks on a PC. We have to do something to justify it. We happen to bump poll results for Firefly ;-)

O... the SFX poll might have been a fluke. Rest contented on that likely hood; though I'm mildly hopeful the BBC poll might be another. Depends on if they write a story at the end.

Re: TV vote; who knows, perhaps it will someday pay a bigger dividend than it has; so far all I know for sure it is made -for certain- that many Xena fans and Bonanza fans have learned of the show's existance.

I agree with Kaneman. The TV Vote is not an attention grabber like SFX was. Not sure I support the "idiots" label, but then I have been bumping the thread, so....

I'll be in my bunk....repeatedly voting, for some reason.
