The latest Slashdot poll asks what your favourite Sci-Fi ship is. As of the time of this posting, the Millenium Falcon is in the lead. How can this be?

It's simply because the Millenium Falcon is such a gorgeous and awesome ship and it's better designed than Serenity. While I love the Firefly series and Serenity movie ... I'm also a huge fan of Star Wars. What it comes down to is that the Millenium Falcon is an awesomely designed spaceship.

Yeah, I just don't get it! I want to ship out on Serenity. I wouldn't care one whit about any of those other ships.

HAMADRYAD

Before Firely I probably would have voted for the Millenium Falcon. I mean, it's a smuggler's ship! But it doesn't have the personality of Serenity. Serenity is like a character in its own right. Plus it's cute.
