She's from KINDRED: THE EMBRACED. She played (if I remember correctly--sorry, don't know names) the vampire ex-lover of the lead male vampire who still wanted him for herself even though he wanted someone else. Brunette, ice blue eyes, if that helps. Yeah, I know it's confusing. Sorry.

I think it was from Aaron Spelling, which should also tell you how good it wasn't!
