I was looking a bunch of different Firefly pages. I took this one trivia game, which I thought was pretty good. Now I can't remember which site I went to. It was quite a number of questions too 10+

The one question that stood out was that it asked "what are the last two superspowers left after the war"

Can anyone help??

thank you!!

on that note, do you suppose the intended effect of cursing in chinese was to make you think they were actually speaking in chinese, and that it was just in english for viewers benefit, or that everybody spoke both languages?

I think everyone spoke both languages OR you know when you want to learn a new language...you always want to know the bad words first.

It's to show that they all know Chinese, even like the low-lifes like Badger. You'll also note that they don't only use the Chinese for swearing. They say "Dong-ma" several times which just means "understand," and Simon also calls River "mei-mei" a lot, which means "little sister."
