A convention pass will be provided (if the driver doesn't have one already).

We need at least five volunteers in Vegas to load the tail back onto the trailer.

We could use some volunteers to help unload/set up/reload the ambulance, sell our wares (now including AARG decals courtesy of TexasArtCat!), collect donations, and talk to Flan-goers and curious passerby.

The Ariel Ambulance guys are still trying to get the Ambulance to the flan but still need a driver to get the ambulance from Las Vegas to the Hilton. There were free flan passes available for a driver so any volunteers would be ticket holders and I guess able to attend whatever fun the back up bash guys are planning.

I contacted the guy who originally towed the Ariel from the Museum in
Las Vegas to Cameron's house. He says he can do it and if you go look
at the pictures, he has the right vehicle to do it, BUT and ONLY BUT,
if he has the gas money or at least half of it up front, because he
just doesn't have that kind of money on hand.

Cam has seen the SUV and it's a GMC Suburban, big freaking engine. He
also has the proper tow set up and already has the necessary electric
hookups.

BUT as anyone knows, these suckers use gas. He figures about 200
bucks round trip. Not much gas on the way back but towing that thing
TO Los Angeles will be a gas guzzler.

So will this help? He can do it right away, but the gas money has to
be there.
