Anyone Know Anything About Rap?

My church does this thing every year where we buy presents for children in need. We have this tree with ornaments and on each ornament is a toy that a child has asked for.

I tried to find something like books or something non electronic and interactive. Jump ropes, roller skates. But all these children want are Bratz and wresting games and rap CDs.

I have to buy a Rap Cd for a 9 year old boy.

I know nearly nothing about rap.

So, can anyone make some recommendations? Since it's for a child, I'd like something with upbeat, encouraging and CLEAN lyrics. Something where the videos aren't full of mostly naked girls and souped up Hummers on hydraulics.

Any suggestions?

... look for Christian rap at some Christian bookstore. Aside from that, the closest thing to a full CD of clean songs is some R&B/Hip Hop from the 80's. Will Smith, Marky Mark and all of those... ick... I feel dirty.

EDIT: Also, if you buy from Wal Mart, you can get "clean" versions of just about anything. I'm not sure if this is a universal truth, so check the covers for parental advisories. If it doesn't have one, then it's a clean version.

It's kinda weird to have "Ya'll niggas can't fuck with my niggas yo" to come out "Ya'll really can't mess with my clique yo", but if it's for a 9 year old I guess it'll do. On that note, I might recommend Lil' Jon and the Eastside Boys "Crunk Juice" for a specific CD suggestion.
