Great flick, it's definitly our captain! If you haven't picked it up yet, do. And the Nathan extras are great.

I'm Bill Pardy!

Amen to that!

It is a really fun movie. :)

And Gregg Henry, from The Train Job, is hysterical as the mayor.

FWBB, and anyone else who hasn't seen SLiTHER on
the big screen, don't miss any opportunity to go
to a screening -- if such a thing can be found.
It's great in the theater.

(Maybe in years to come it could be shown for
charity in a Halloween screening? An idea...)

While I found it mildly amusing, and certainly enjoy seeing Nathan get the work I didn;t feel it stretched his acting skills.

I seem to recall that Nathan said in an interview that there is a reference to Mal in SLiTHER. It could be when they were gathering their weapons in the sheriff's office and he told his deputy that they wouldn't be needing the grenade. Just like he told Jayne in Serenity.

Nope. The reference (Nathan wrote about) to Serenity/Firefly is in White Noise 2: The Light. Theater Release date: January 5th, 2007 US and UK.

The Director did mention Firefly in the DVD extras and also Serenity is mentioned on the back of the DVD for SLiTHER.
