For those of you lucky enough to have high definition television, and among the lucky ones, are the extremely lucky ones, who get the channel 'Universal HD'. EVERY SUNDAY NIGHT AT 7pm EST they will show Firefly episodes in High Definition. I am extremely excited for this, I missed the last 2 weeks but I will not miss another one.

I really have no desire to buy an HDTV. I am quite perfectly happy with the exMrFMF's 53 inch rear projection tv.

But I am sure it is going to look fantastic!

By happy accident, I came across Firefly last night on Universal HD. As luck would have it, it was Safe, one of my faves. Of course, they're all my faves!

I caught this, and have to say, I was pretty disapointed with the transfer to HD. I felt that my DVD's looked at least as good as this did.
I'll watch next week just to see if there is any improvement in the quality.
