So....just thunking here.
If you could play the lead character in a major movie role already made (sorry...excluding Serenity..too easy)what movie, who would you play, would you change your character and if so why, and why would you want to star in that film?

I'd play Jack Ryan in Patriot Games. Don't know why, probably just cos I don't think Harrison Ford was the right person to play him. They should have stuck with (was it Alan?) Baldwin (the guy who played him in Red October.

TOBEDOG

I think I'd like to play Christan Bale's character Cleric John Preston in Equilibrium. The type of character that has some feeling, but also can be the badass when needs be. Also the ability to stand up and fight for something that is bigger than you is huge draw.

I love that movie. Especially the end hallway scene when he is in the all white suit. Without a doubt, the best sci-fi gunfight scene I've ever seen.

I'd love to be Ellie Arroway in Contact. She's just such a strong passionate independent woman. I love the story written by Carl Sagan. Great story and Jodie Foster was fantastic. I don't think I'd change anything. Oh, maybe I'd like to have more intimate scenes with Palmer Joss because.... Who wouldn't want more of Matthew McConaughey?
