I'm on eight so far. One for me, and lots for gifts for friends/family. I don't think I'm nuts, it's a great gift for the prices it's been going for.

P.S. - Also bought 5 copies of the BDM so far as well.

I'm fairly new so I've only bought 3 so far. My aunt just visited from Hawaii and I showed her how cool this show is and she immediately fell for it. So when we went to Best Buy to buy the boxset, we did some browsing first and I quietly slipped away to purchase it for her. She was completely surprised and very happy! :bigrin: it made my "Browncoat" heart melt.

There's no place I can be since I found Serenity.

I had been thinking it was eight, but in reviewing I can only account for seven. One for me, one for my son, four others as gifts, one donated to the library. It is possible the eighth was also sent to my son to be a loaner or as a gift for one of his friends, but I can't verify that right now.

As for Serenity, only four copies so far.

Three. One for me, then two more which I found on sale at Indigo.ca (Canadian bookstore). I'll give one copy to my brother and another to...hmm... well, it'll be a good Christmas gift for someone, anyway.

BTW, this is the only TV series I've ever bought. And Serenity is the only movie I've ever bought. Damn, I love the 'Verse.
