GAH, I hit enter too soon...

I keep having trouble playing the extended interviews, I saw and downloaded their patch, but the computer still freezes whenever I try to play them. Anyone else having this problem?

well once when I was using the Interactive Timeline, I pressed one of the buttons and my DVD player shut off on me. But other than that nothing else has happened.

Yeah, a lot of people are still having problems. I wouldn't mind so much if the extras were playable outside of IVEX or if they had been a free download (like the feature itself), but as I actually spent money on it it's incredibly annyoying to not have access to them.

Thank you Kevin for the link...however, as much as I like "scifi" I am have a hellofatime with this technology! I wish this had been a simple point and click, 'cause I have NO IDEA what all this goram technobabble means! I don't THINK I'm getting "what I paid for" but then again,I really don't know WHAT I paid for....arghhhhhhh!so, fixing it is the opposite of shiny...is there a word?

The patch we are releasing soon, seems to work perfectly on every PC I could get my hands on, so hopefully it will solve most or all of the problems that have been reported. (And for the record, installing the beta patch we already released has worked for the vast majority of users. I think I've only heard of two machines it didn't fix, so I wouldn't exactly call it "a lot of people". Although I will certainly admit the first release was incompatible with a lot of PCs, due to us accidentally using an older plug-in.)
