Hi Everybody!!!

First I would like to thank everyone that helped organize this event and help spread the word, without the extra help the shindig would not have been as successful!

Well, Fridays shindig was a shiny good time! We had about 20+ people show up at some point or another and it appeared everyone had a great time! We had food, drinks and music and I have never seen 20 stranges become such good friends in such a short time! People drove in from all around Michigan and I want to thank those of you who made the trip down to be apart of our "Pilot Episode".

People had some great Firefly digs on too! We were especially amused with Allison's "jayne Hat" and Jae's "Geese Juggling" t-shirt (how cute!). Several other people also wore their Firefly t-shirts and helped us be more recoginizable to new people coming in!

We also had an extra treat of "bar swag". A couple beer/liquor companies were at Conor's and they provided us with some free Stoli shots (they were extra yummy) and we also recieved the standard beaded necklace's and blinking buttons from the MGD girls!

Our Shindig, in my opinion, was a huge success and I could not be happier to have meet everyone! It was a great time and I sincerely hope we will be able to have another shindig real soon! Thank you again to everone that attended and I hope you had as good of time as I did!

I had a great time.
Next time, I'll have to sit by some other folks so I can get to know a few others. It looked like there were lots of amusing things being said on the other side of the table.

Had a great time! Thank you, Capture, and everyone else who organized the shindig! Can't wait 'til we do it again and I can get to know some of the folks I didn't get a chance to mingle with this time.
