I'm still fairly new, so forgive me if I am covering old ground. My questions are this: how many DVD sets have been sold? Not its ranking, but NUMBER of sets? Second: they say it cost $2m per episode to make. Is that per stand alone ep, or does it include a percentage of the initial cost (sets, etc.)? Once the sets etc were all built, and considering all the CGI, it just doesn't seem like it would cost $2m for each episode. Just wondering..........thanks!

Someone can dig it up, but a costs of other series comparison was here a little while ago. Almost every one cost more than firefly, with or without set costs included like that.
