Mornin' folks!

I have been in love with the cover art on this project -- by our very own 11th Hour -- for months. I'm thrilled that I can now show it off to you!

Out in the Black is an adventure for the Serenity Role Playing Game -- a story you can play through as a group using either the crew of Serenity or characters of your own design. It was written by best-selling authors Tracy and Laura Hickman, who drew from their own Western frontier pioneer roots (and drawing from stories in Tracy's own family) to create a unique tale set in the 'Verse that has an extra dose of reality.

The book is off for final approval with Universal, so we're hopeful to have it in your local hobby game store and up as a PDF download on DriveThruRPG.com within a month or so. More information soon!

If you haven't yet given the Serenity RPG a try, ask around. It's a chance to experience the 'Verse first-hand with an easy-to-learn game. We've been well reviewed by fans, websites, and professional magazines, nominated for several awards, and we just one the Gamer's Choice for the 2006 Origins Awards for Best Role Playing Game of the Year. (That may not mean anything to you, but it's kind of like winning an Oscar in the hobby game industry!) We're sending the book off to press again, because it's still selling great after the better part of a year! Here's your first stop:
