I decided to send a message to Chris Buchanan to see what their thoughts were about a soundtrack.

This is what he wrote back:

Hi -

We (Mutant Enemy & Fox Music) are currently working on a Firefly score soundtrack. While I can't really get into the details, we hope to have a soundtrack available in 2004, perhaps via an "alternative" distribution channel. I will post any actual news on the offical board, but know that we are working on it.

Thanks for the interest.

Best,
Buchanan

Pays to be cautious but I've seen those posters' names for months on the main board, kinda know them, so I think it's legit!

May have been the losing side. Still not convinced it was the wrong one.

A sountrack would be shiny!

I don't see how any Firefly soundtrack could not have the "Hero of Canton" on it.

Cool News.

The musical scores in the episodes were excellent.
