I saw this on their forum today:

Due to a series of unexpected circumstances Adam Baldwin has cancelled his appearance with us. We are working on a replacement for him as I type this, we will transfer shoots or issue refunds after the event should the replacement not work out.

So far there are reports that state that the promoter knew a week ago Adam was not coming. Also reports that their was somekind of problem with the airline tickets for him.

You think he was trying to take the grenades with him. :)

I don't know about a week ago, but Adam himself posted it on the official board yesterday late afternoon, unless their time is different from mine. I was online at 630 am, and there wasn't anything on the mailing list about it. Not until I came back on at 330 today, so it may have actually been posted today.
