After a really long weekend of image and html editing, www.fireflymovie.com is finally up and running.

FireflyMovie.com is a fan run site dedicated to assuring that Joss Whedon’s television masterpiece Firefly will someday grace the silver screen, and perhaps eventually make it's way back to the small screen either via the airwaves or DVD.

FireflyMovie.com is an UNofficial site, nobody important was involved in it's creation, just a dedicated fan (me). Of course this does not mean that the Firefly movie has been greenlighted. In fact that is the whole point of the site; to consolidate all of our ideas to help get the movie greenlighted by promoting and marketing the DVD box set of the series.

The URL www.fireflymovie.com does not seem to work everywhere yet, so if you are having trouble, try www.fireflydvd.com
