- In Shindig, the commentary (I think it's the voice of the writer Jane Espenson) said that "Zoe's necklace is representative of her marriage bond to Wash, that's why she never takes it off" (3:22 into the episode, chapter 3), but in Out of Gas, a flashback sequence shows that she's wearing it when she stepped into the ship for the first time (about one minute into that episode).

- In War Stories, Mal is missing his left ear, but in this one scene his right ear suddenly is damager. This is 30 minutes 33 seconds into the episode (chapter 9).


Any other goofs? I didn't see a search function in this forum. I hope nobody is offended by my listing of goofs - I just find it funny, as well as gag reels.
