I've stayed out of all of the Serenity Day stuff until this, but I feel I should say it.

Why does Serenity day have to be so specific? Shouldn't Serenity day be every day? I know that sound cheesy, but shouldn't we be looking to make new fans every day, not just on one specific day, or during the summer months? Why should we have to wait for a specific day to buy the gift of Serenity for a friend? My friend's birthday is in July, but now it would seem I can't get her Serenity, lest I foil the sales spike. She loves Serenity, but she doesn't have the money to go out and buy the dvds, and I don't have the money to buy twice. I get paid $6.50 an hour which, nowadays, doesn't go very far. :(

Sorry, but I had to say that. It's how I feel. Is all of this really worth such an uproar and so much anger? I don't think so, but then again, for me, every day is Serenity day.

Browncoats have the best stories. :)
