Region 4 Serenity DVD spotted in Mexico

The other day I was at a Blockbuster Video in Tijuana, Mexico, and spotted the Region 4 Serenity DVD. It's English and Spanish language, and English and Spanish subtitles. It has the same cover as the Region 1 US DVD.

I tried to figure out if there were any extra features compared to the Region 1 DVD but I couldn't determine that from the cover. I don't have a Region 4 player, but could probably play it on a computer if I rented it.

Last year I saw posters for Serenity at a theater in Tijuana but it never made it to the theater. When I asked a theater manager about the movie he didn't know anything about it. I'm guessing that Mexico was one of the countries that had an annnounced theatrical release that was pulled.
