I hope no one has caught this already, because I'm really proud of myself right now. Don't steal my thunder, ok? ;)

While I was watching 24 tonight, I thought to myself how much Evelyn's daughter, Amy, reminded me of another little girl. I looked her up, and sure enough:

Jeez. I never made that connection at all.

It's weird how I never notice the FIREFLY/24 connections until someone points them out for me. I think like half the cast of FIREFLY has been on 24, but It never registers with me. Heck, I didn't realize that the gal that played Julia Miliken on Day 3 was Zoe.

I think it's a true testament to the actors who can go from one distinct show to the other and no one notices until they're pointed out.

Also, another connection. The red head gal that was brought in to replace Edgar who thought Bill Buchanan was hitting on her. The woman who played her was a grown up Alma Jr. in BROKEBACK MOUNTAIN.

And of course, we're all waiting for the eventual showdown between Jack Bauer and Robocop.
